The website content is the property of Blankets 4 Arica, its advertisers and/or sponsors and/or is licensed to Blankets 4 Africa. Therefore the content which includes any material, information, data, software, icons, text, graphics, lay-outs, images, sound clips, advertisements, video clips, trade names, logos, trade-marks, designs and service marks which are displayed on or incorporated in the website is protected by law, including but not limited to copyright and trade mark law. Nobody may acquire any right, title or interest in or to the Website or the Website Content.

Any use, distribution or reproduction of the Website Content is prohibited unless
expressly authorised in terms of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise provided for in law.
This agreement is governed by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Blankets 4 Africa Web Site.


Pricing and Payment

All product prices are inclusive of VAT and a delivery fee will be added on during
All prices are subject to change and are valid while stocks last.
All payments have to reflect in the bank account of Blankets 4 Africa prior to the
release of the order. (This may affect the delivery date.)

All online orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the Blankets 4 Africa preferred courier service. Each delivery will have a unique tracking number.
Delivery costs may vary based on the delivery address requested by the customer as well as the quantity of order.
Due to the usage of external courier services, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
The online store will run a 365 day shop however shipping may be delayed during festive seasons. No deliveries will be made on Public Holidays and Weekends.
Although seldom charged, Blankets 4 Africa reserves the right to charge a 15%
handling and delivery fee in the following events:
  • The delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect;
  • Delivery reattempt more than twice;
  • The customer wishes to cancel the order after the delivery left the Blankets 4 Africa warehouse; or
  • The customer requests an exchange of the item for another product.

If upon receipt of a product the customer is not 100% satisfied, kindly contact the customer services team within 48 hours.

Blankets 4 Africa will either replace the product, arrange for a refund and collection of the unacceptable product on condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging, opened or used in any way. If the product is opened, damaged, used in any way and is not in its original condition, the customer will be liable for the full cost including delivery.

Substitute of Items
Items are securely picked and packed as per the order sheet; however the delivered products may vary slightly in appearance when compared to images on the website.
Blankets 4 Africa reserves the right to make these substitutions without notifying the customer. If substitutions are significant, attempts will be made to contact the customer although not compulsory. Should you not be satisfied with the substitutions kindly contact the customer services team for assistance.

Out of Stock
Should the ordered product be out of stock, the customer will be contacted by a
Blankets 4 Africa team member after whom the customer may choose to either have an alternative product delivered or receive a refund.

All refunds will take approximately three to ten working days to reflect in the customer’s bank account.
Refunds can only be made to the account holder and not to a third party.
In the event that an order is cancelled by the customer after being sent for
production and or production has been completed, the customer will be offered a 50% refund only. Blankets 4 Africa will charge 50% reproduction cost to produce a replacement.

Incorrect Product Received
If on receipt of the order the product is different to the order and needs to be
returned, kindly contact the Blankets 4 Africa service team within 48 hours of receipt. Arrangements will be made for the item(s) to be returned to Blankets 4 Africa and for the correct product to be delivered as soon as possible.
If on collection of the incorrect product the product is opened, damaged, used in any way and is not in its original condition, the customer will be liable for the full cost including delivery.
